How to Shop during Facebook Live events
Welcome to our guide on how to shop and claim items during our Crystal Facebook Live Events! We understand that participating in these events can be exciting and sometimes a bit overwhelming, so we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible for you.

This will ensure that you receive notifications when we go live and stay updated on all the latest news and events!
During the live event, our host will showcase a variety of unique and beautiful crystals. Each piece is carefully hand-selected, ensuring that you receive a one-of-a-kind treasure that showcases the natural beauty of the stones.
To claim an item, simply comment "SOLD" followed by the item number or letter. For example, if you want to claim item number 4 , comment "SOLD 4". The first person to comment "SOLD" with the item number will secure the item.
It's important to note that comments appear differently for each viewer, so what you see on your screen may not match what others see. Our host will rely on the comments they see on their screen to determine the first person to claim an item.
Once you've successfully claimed an item, our host will reply to your comment to let you know it has been added to your basket set aside for you.
If you're interested in multiple items, you can continue to comment "SOLD" followed by the item number/letters. Our host will keep track of your claimed items and provide you with a complete invoice link of your items after the show. Payments should be made within 48 hours from the time your receive your invoice.
Remember, it's important to act quickly during the live event as items can sell out fast. We recommend having your payment information ready to ensure a smooth checkout process.
Once you've completed your purchase, we will carefully package your items and ship them to you as soon as possible. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that your treasures arrive safely.
